#2 When Seconds Count
In many search & rescue operations, engaging a large search team that is properly trained requires mobilizing a team that can be ready on a moments notice. If you are interested in a rewarding and exciting opportunity to assist, you’ve come to the right place.
#3 Assist Police, Fire, DEC, & Government Agencies
Our dedicated police, fire, and other municipal agencies do not always have the manpower to conduct full scale search operations especially when disaster strikes which can often result in a depletion of resources and manpower . By joining, you can help be part of a team to work alongside agencies in need of our help.
One of the primary missions of USAR is to provide training and education to members who join our organization.
Our goals include both making our members better searchers, rescuers, and imparting all of the necessary skills required for disaster relief response.
